Virtual Car Hire is the trading name of FA-IBI LTD, an independent, family-run PCO rental operator that has been quietly putting London private-hire drivers on the road since 2014.
Why we exist
The big PCO names treat drivers like a queue.
Long approval portals. Hidden fees on PCNs. Deposits that take a month to come back. Every driver we rent to has a story about being burned by a bigger operator before they came to us.
We do the opposite. Your deposit goes back the day you return the car. Whatsapp answers in minutes during office hours.
