We take your privacy seriously.

FA-IBI LTD is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website and through vehicle hire agreements. We are registered in England and Wales.

We only collect what we need, we keep it only as long as we must, and we never sell it. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, contact us directly at info@fa-ibi.co.uk.

You may also submit a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.

What we collect

Information we may hold about you.

We collect personal data in three ways: when you contact us, when you enter into a hire agreement, and automatically when you visit this website.

Contact enquiries

When you use our contact form, send us an email, or call us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message.

Hire applications & agreements

To set up a hire agreement we collect your full name, date of birth, home address, UK driving licence number, TfL PCO licence number, National Insurance number, and details of your rideshare platform account. We may also take a copy of identity documents.

Website usage

When you browse our website, cookies and similar technologies may collect your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, and referring URL. See the Cookies section below for details.

Communications

We keep records of calls and messages you exchange with us (including WhatsApp) to help us handle your enquiry and resolve any disputes.

Your rights

What you can ask us to do.

Access

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (a Subject Access Request).

Rectification

You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data we hold about you.

Erasure

You can ask us to delete your data where there is no compelling reason for us to keep it. Note that legal obligations (e.g., HMRC record-keeping) may prevent full erasure.

Portability

You can request that we transfer data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format.

Objection

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. We will stop unless we can show compelling grounds that override your rights.

Withdraw consent

Where we rely on your consent (e.g., marketing cookies), you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
